Avalon Restaurant is a neighborhood BYOB serving Rustic Italian cuisine in West Chester, suburban Philadelphia. John Brandt-Lee, chef/owner, creates simple bold flavors from exceptional seasonal ingredients that are harvested locally, whenever possible.
